I threw this video together last month for a class of mine. The concept was simple: examine and focus on the details of a select handful of friends, showcasing and highlighting the subtle nuances in the outfits they were wearing that day. With the help of Vincent, Samia, Taline, Ernest, Gabrielle and Charles, I was able to piece this together into somewhat of a cohesive video. Hopefully my lack of planning and poor direction doesn’t show too strongly in this.
Admittedly, this was quite fun for work on. Maybe I’ll do more in the future.
Welcome to the new DOUBLEYOUWHY, a place that’ll most likely end up being a reservoir of photos documenting anything from trips taken, in-progress glimpses at personal projects, showcasing and detailing menswear accoutrements—essentially bringing a camera and shooting anything I find interesting or may be of interest to others. It’ll moreover be a place to simply share inspiration and discuss all-things design, menswear, food and whatever else may arise.
I’m excited to finally get this project up and running and look forward to finally having a proper place to once-again share content!
