David Vineïs of the french-based studio, Sub88, has cleverly come up with and generously released this 20-pack wallpaper collection that features some of the worlds most iconic and recognized seating pieces of all time. Each wallpaper features the name of the chair and designer, where and when it was made, the materials it consumes and the size – noted in inches and measured by width, height and depth. The pack comes in both wide and full screen formats (1920×1200 and 1600×1200) and features big-name designers such as: Charles and Ray Eames, Phillipe Starck – whose name, I believe, was spelt wrong – Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and many more. For the longest while, I’ve been using this image of Charles and Ray Eames’ Lounge Chair, but I can now move on and set these lovely wallpapers on an hourly rotation!
